![]() Suddenly the prospect of rescanning my library (since I’ve jettisoned a lot of books since I first compiled my library, and thus it’s a bit out of date) seems far less daunting. Does anyone know when the Delicious Library iPhone app is set to be released I understand that Delicious Monster had a stand at Macworld (presumably where they were showcasing the app) but I havent seen anything since. With all these pieces, scanning with iCody to DL2 just works. This was “meant” for barcode scanners that act like keyboards, and just type in their data, which is basically exactly what iCody+Thetis act like. This in and of itself is cool, but the key point is something that was added to DL2 in the latest update (2.7.7): a small window you can get to by going to the “Window” menu in DL2 called “USB Barcode Scanning”. Basically, iCody sends its scanned info to Thetis over the network, and Thetis then “types” that into whatever window is selected. Delicious Library allows you to import, browse, and share all your books, movies, music, and video games with Delicious Library. The last piece is an app called “ Thetis” for your computer that’s developed by the same people that make iCody. Then, grab a copy of iCody for your iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad (assuming you have an iPad 2+ (e.g. If you don’t have it, go grab it and use it in Demo mode.
